Who are we?

Jigsaw Get Connected is a solution-focused company specializing in early intervention mentoring and counselling. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for young people, their caregivers, and the broader community. Through a carefully planned approach, we aim to establish a firm and nurturing foundation for personal development and growth.

At the heart of our methodology is cultivating critical thinking skills, which empower individuals to build self-assurance and resilience. Our goal is to equip our service users with the ability to make informed, positive choices and to remain secure within their community.

Jigsaw is driven by the philosophy of delivering tailored, solution-focused support. We offer a comprehensive approach that addresses the unique requirements of each individual we engage with. Our overarching objective is to build resilience and enhance critical thinking skills. We strive to establish healthy, stable, and supportive frameworks within homes, educational settings, and the wider community.

Our commitment extends to promoting positive choices, fostering personal development, enhancing community cohesion, reducing risky behaviours, and nurturing social, emotional, and mental well-being.

Meet Chris Mozo...

Chris's personal journey from his formative years to adulthood has inspired his commitment to co-founding Jigsaw-GC, an organisation dedicated to providing customised support for young people, families, and the community. He leads programmes covering various critical subjects, including gangs, knife crime, internet safety, bullying, social and emotional wellbeing, trauma and more.

Throughout his career, Chris's dedication and expertise have been recognised with accolades, such as the Jack Petchey Leaders Award for outstanding leadership skills in the community. This recognition propelled him to work at the New River Pupil Referral Centre (NRC) as a Lead Learning Assistant, a position he still holds today. His enduring commitment to the wellbeing and education of young people and their communities is evident through his tireless work at NRC.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Chris received the Regional and National HLTA Award in May 2019 for his exceptional work, support, and service to young people. As an ambassador of change and empowerment within the community, Chris Mozo's impact is immeasurable, and his dedication to the betterment of young lives serves as an enduring testament to the power of unwavering commitment.

Meet Mitchelle Greenaway...

A daughter, mother, facilitator, trainer, mentor, counsellor, coach, entrepreneur and most importantly a student of life. Over the last 20 years I have worked within the education sector in different capacities, with over 12 years’ experience mentoring and 7 years counselling. During this time, I have developed an unwavering belief that the cornerstone of our physical and mind wellbeing is our willingness to invest and focus on becoming the best versions of ourselves.

I have always had an interest in wellbeing and about six years ago, I made a commitment and the choice to always be true to myself through the good and bad times and this took my interest in wellbeing to a whole new level. I took time out to focus on being a mother and working on and learning about myself.

In the last two years I have started two businesses,  REM Wellbeing and Jigsaw – GC which I co-founded with a business partner. In doing this I went from working full time to part time in my current employment at a Behavioural unit (PRU).

I love where I am right now, the challenges as well as the opportunities as it enables me to uniquely support individuals and groups to create a space in their lives for whatever seems or feels impossible today, possible tomorrow.
